We are currently looking for Associates to join our global Capital Markets practice group in Singapore. The group has a leading market position and a privileged client base comprising of most of the major investment banks whom we advise in their lead manager capacity and big-name issuer clients. We act for both issuers and managers on Capital Markets transactions which is a huge strength of ours, as Associates see both sides of a transaction. In addition, we also have a trustee department advising trustees on debt deals, as well as an established liability management practice.
