We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of DCM transactions and ECM transactions . This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for international bond offerings, medium‑term note programmes, regulatory capital instruments, hybrid securities, and equity‑linked products such as convertible and exchangeable bonds
Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of debt and equity securities
Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and market practices in capital markets
