Associate, Business Intelligence Analyst

To provide data reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytical support to stakeholders, generating actionable insights that improve business performance, support revenue growth, enhance customer stickiness, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

• Execute analytics projects and provide ad hoc analysis to business units including Business, Products, Operations, Finance, Refund & Client Care, Risk Management, external partners & stakeholders, etc, to achieve Group’s goals including revenue/cost and operations excellence targets.
• Understand business objectives and support deep‑dive investigations with data (existing or new) to recommend ideas for product improvements, revenue uplifts, and resolve customer problems.
