Responsibilities

• Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
• Market all types of loans focusing on SME – Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
• Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
• Conduct all mandatory checks.
• Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.
• Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
• Deliver the offer and upon acceptance send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
• Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Service all existing customers parked at the branch.
• Cross‑sell all Bank/Group products & services.
• Manage newly Non‑Performing Loans (NPL) within approved budget.
