Description
A boutique law firm in Seattle is seeking an Associate Attorney to work on cases in Landlord Tenant Disputes and Evictions.

The firm offers a generous salary of 120-160k with annual bonuses, medical insurance (firm pays the full monthly premium), 2-3 weeks PTO, 401k with 5% match, free parking, and paid CLE and bar dues.


The firm specializes in defending landlords and property managers against suits brought on by tenants in both commercial and residential properties as well as initiating evictions as needed to support their clients and safety of tenants.


Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in civil litigation, criminal defense/prosecution, or other field of law, ideally in Washington state

- Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

- Washington barred, active and in good standing

- Legal research and writing skills
