What You’ll Do:
Advise clients on a wide range of privacy, data protection, and information governance matters.
Help organizations navigate complex U.S. and global privacy regulations, including state, federal, and international requirements.
Draft and negotiate agreements involving data use, processing, transfer, and security terms.
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Lead clients through security incident response, breach notification obligations, and post-incident remediation strategies.
