We are seeking an Associate AI Developer to join the
AI Core team to support the design, development and delivery of a digital solution for the
Project Metatarsal
initiative, focused on consolidating and operationalising clinical workflows, patient education materials and care pathway content across orthopaedic services. The role will involve building and maintaining application components, data pipelines and integrations to structure and surface multidisciplinary clinical content for both clinician and patient use, while progressively embedding AI capabilities such as intelligent search, retrieval, summarisation and conversational interfaces to enhance knowledge access and workflow support.
