Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire an Associate - Regulatory Client Outreach for their team with an initial of 12 contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid in Toronto office.


Must-Have skills:

o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in, Regulatory Compliance, Client Onboarding, Trade Control/Trade Desk Support or operations preferably in the Capital Markets line of business

o Familiarity with Dodd Frank (CFTC & SEC), CSA, EMIR, MiFID, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, CAT NMS, CIRO (IIROC)

o Familiarity with Capital Markets Clientele Business and product knowledge

o Familiarity with institutional clients including Asset managers, Insurance companies, Pensions, Sovereign Wealth Funds

o Good research, analysis and documentation skills to collect, validate and consolidate the required data/information into appropriate formats.
