The Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders, within the Hairston College of Health and Human Sciences at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, is seeking an assistant/associate professor whose teaching and scholarly research agenda is focused on Speech Language Pathology. Specifically, candidates must have a strong background in adult language disorders, neurogenic disorders, and dysphagia. The primary purpose of this role is to provide student-centered teaching of undergraduate and graduate level courses and scholarly products in the area of expertise. Faculty in this role will also participate in student advising, student mentoring, recruitment, curriculum development, and engage in program assessment and accreditation-related procedures. The ideal candidate will be expected to: (i) establish and sustain a strong externally-funded research program in their field of expertise; (ii) produce an excellent record of scholarly publications; (...
