Job Description

Our UHNW client, who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Female Assistant Villa Manager (due to cultural reasons).


As the Assistant Villa Manager, you are responsible to assist the F&B Manager and F&B Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be involved in service operations ensuring smooth operations, development, and coaching of staff.


Assistant Villa Manager will oversee any tasks related to the F&B and other areas and required to ensure the guests’ total satisfaction.


General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take care of all-suite rooms, reception rooms, dining rooms, and pantries, and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfil owner needs and requests, providing organised service of food and beverages when requested.
