Oversees and contributes to the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs to achieve reliability, availability, and safety targets, ensuring consistent delivery of dependable passenger service. Provides leadership, guidance, and strategic recommendations to maintenance personnel and supervisory teams to drive performance and improve key operational metrics.
