Job Description The AVP of Talent and Organisational Development is a strategic HR function that aligns employee growth with business goals, focusing on developing skills, improving performance and enhancing overall organisational effectiveness through planned intervention, culture change and leadership building. - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management and succession planning strategy
