Position Summary
Genesis has built something genuinely rare: a full-spectrum MSK platform — surgery, therapy, imaging, and everything in between — operating across 16 clinics in Chicagoland, serving Medicaid patients at scale, and proving every day that accessible care and excellent care are the same thing.
The surgical side is humming. The clinical model is proven. Now we're ready to build rehabilitation into the platform it was always supposed to be — tightly integrated, protocol-driven, financially sustainable, and deeply accessible to the patients who need it most.
