Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee management, maintenance, and optimization of ERP system (Marve-ll) and business software applications
- Administer user access rights, account creation, and removals across all platforms and SaaS tools
- Monitor critical systems daily (ERP, WiFi, CCTV, Active Campaign) to ensure uptime and rapid issue resolution
- Manage IT assets, procurement, deployment, software updates, and secure disposal of hardware
- Oversee network infrastructure, WiFi, printers, CCTV, and access systems
- Manage bug reporting workflow and liaise with vendors for issue resolution
- Identify system enhancements and drive implementation
- Negotiate with vendors and lead procurement processes
- Administer government systems (TPGateway, Corpass) and ensure compliance
- Serve as PDPA Officer for data protection and privacy compliance
