At the Y, we believe in the power of inspired young people. We offer a wide range of programs and services to over 100 communities across Victoria, including rural and remote areas. We currently have more than 700 staff across the state and are continually growing and developing our passionate team.

With over 93 services across Victoria (and growing), Y Kinders is the largest Early Years Management provider in the state. Our operations include kindergartens, early learning centres, and before- and after-school care.

Our dedicated Y Ballarat Youth Team is committed to supporting and empowering our young people in Ballarat and surrounding communities. As passionate youth workers, they believe in the power of inspired young people and understand the importance of providing fun, safe, accessible, and inclusive programs, spaces, and events.
