**Job Description**

The Assistant Superintendent supports field leadership on commercial construction projects within the biopharmaceutical sector, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. In this role, you assist the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing day-to-day site activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with GMP and applicable codes. The position requires prior commercial construction experience in biopharmaceutical facilities and a proven commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. While the main office is based in Thousand Oaks, candidates may live in other locations and be assigned to projects near their residence; candidates local to Ventura County must be open to commuting to Los Angeles as needed.
