Job Duties Actively support ELITE’s values at all times. Be on time, set priorities, and be personally accountable for the functions associated with assigned position and project. Maintain positive relationship with Client, Architect, Engineering contacts, government representatives, and other project stakeholders to facilitate construction activities, while assisting the Superintendent in keeping everyone informed and involved. Ability to work long, unsupervised hours, including the possibility of working during “off hours” and/or weekends. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including rain events, extreme heat and extreme cold. Essential and routine aspects of the job include standing and/or walking over uneven, varied, and/or obstructed terrain for extended periods of time, climbing stairs and/or ladders, operating heavy machinery, operating power tools, and some lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
