• Lead store teams to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring visual distinctiveness and immaculate upkeep.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve performance through collaboration.
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives for the sales floor and back room; work with the VM team to ensure clear communication.
