Boll and Branch is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our growing retail team. The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is a key partner to the Store Manager in achieving business goals and supporting daily store operations. This role focuses on enhancing team performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. The ASM serves as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance to our Brand Ambassadors and ensuring the store functions successfully in the absence of the Store Manager. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with strong communication skills and retail management experience. This position is located in The Mall at Short Hills in Short Hills, NJ.
