We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Store Manager to manage the store and help grow the Boost Juice brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to create and maintain the Boost Experience for customers and employees, while supervising staff and making staffing decisions.
• Manage rosters, staff costs and recruit the right people.
• Ensure efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Handle stock, order, inventory counting and manage Cost of Goods.
• Drive sales to meet targets and seek opportunities to grow sales.
• Monitor and meet performance KPIs.
• Report to Store Manager, Area Manager & Operations Manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a professional and personal touch with customers and staff.
