About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take on a key role within a luxury brand presence in Harrods.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will act as the most senior representative of the brand on site, with full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations, team leadership, and client experience within the location.

You will work closely with the City Manager, ensuring the brand vision is translated into excellence on the shop floor.

Role Purpose

To lead and develop the Harrods team, driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional client experience, while acting as the main point of contact for the brand within the store.
