WearelookingforanAssistantStoreManage rtoincreaseourteam.Asourbestasset,oursalespeoplewillhelpusgrowingtheBimbayLolacultureinSpain.
InclosecollaborationwiththeStoreManager,theAssistantStoreManagershouldbeanexamplefortheSalesAssistants,bringingexcellentcustomerservice,becomingourprincipalbrandambassador,andhelpingtobuildtheBIMBAYLOLAexperience.
Yourmaingoalwillbetoberesponsiblefortheoverallstoremanagement,drivesalesandenhancecustomerexperience,andassumetheresponsibilitiesanddutieswhentheStoreManagerisnotinthestore.
Askeyresponsibilitieshe/shewillhandledailywith:
- Wholeserviceonthecustomerjourney,fromwelcomingtothefinalsale,dealingwithanyrequestsorcomplaints
