The Assistant Store Manager provides support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. In the Store Manager’s absence, acts as Manager on Duty (MOD). The role involves staff management, executing daily operational tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
