Conversion Workflow Optimization: Establish and optimize pre-sales SOPs across all channels to boost inquiry-to-order conversion rates through standardized scripts.
Team Training & Performance Management: Responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and vocational training; develop a scientific KPI framework focused on response speed, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge Base Maintenance: Regularly update the brandβs product knowledge base and FAQ; refine selling points and objection-handling techniques to ensure the team reflects the brandβs professional tone.
