About the Role
The Assistant Sales Manager leads and motivates the Sales Acquisition team composed of sales executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals. He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence.

What you'll do:

Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships

Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers. With specific focus on developing the Large Trucks business initiative of Lalamove Pampanga (6w, 10w and 18w trucks)
