We are looking

for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Origin Grill) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of Origin Grill, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest experience.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant service team to deliver consistent, highquality service.

  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and personalised dining experience aligned with ShangriLa standards.

  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service.

  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and table turnover to optimise guest satisfaction and revenue.

  • Ensure compliance with service procedures, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
