Healthcare Assistant Recruiter who will perform full-cycle recruiting, focusing on medical positions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition for Healthcare positions.
• Clearly understands and verifies the requirements of open positions with the hiring manager.
• Manages a high volume of requisitions for multiple locations.
• Sources potential candidates from the applicant tracking database, internal candidates, and external sources.
• Effectively utilizes media sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.).
• Review all resumes/applications and submit them to the Hiring Manager on a timely basis.
• Respond to candidate inquiries, including internal candidates.
• Maintain a system for recurring or standard projects.
• Assist team members with projects as needed.
