Job Description
What will you do? With the guidance of the Property Manager, establish and maintain a professional working relationship with tenants by responding to all requests in a prompt and courteous manner;
Monitor DreamPlus as required and dispatch requests to Operators;
Maintain insurance binders for designated properties and ensure tenant insurance certificates are current, compliant, and in accordance with the relevant terms of the lease;
Assist with the preparation of tenant communication;
Assist as necessary in the coordination and administration of property initiatives, including sustainability and environmental initiatives, building maintenance and repairs programs, capital improvement projects, and leasehold improvements;
