Basic Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably, Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration or related field)
2. Has at least 3 years of working experience as an Assistant Property Manager (Preferably with experience in handling Residential properties)
3. Expert in report writings
4. With good overall presentation skills
5. Strong leadership skills
6. Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
