Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager supports the successful delivery of large, high-profile commercial construction projects, including interior-focused contracts for private, federal, and local government clients. This role works closely with the Project Manager, superintendents, and vendors to manage project documentation, coordinate schedules, support financial tracking, and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders throughout multi-year projects.
Responsibilities

+ Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing various commercial construction projects, including interior-based contracts up to $1.8M in value.

+ Create, maintain, and manage detailed project documentation, including submittal logs, RFIs, change orders, transmittals, and project directories.
