Duties & Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement. Develop detailed workstream plans by gathering requirements, allocating resources, and consulting stakeholders to define clear deliverables. Monitor project performance against scope, KPIs, budget, schedule, and risks, and obtain approvals for any deviations to maintain project alignment. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Support project close-out activities by conducting post-implementation reviews, documenting lessons learnt, and preparing comprehensive handover materials.
