- Managing project's planning and construction works at the site.
- Facilitating communication to clearly define project scope, updates, deliverables and escalating issues appropriately.
- Leading and coordinating activities of the project to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget.
- Reviewing project to fully understand the scope of the work and contract to determine timeframe, funding limitations, the procedure for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project under general supervision.
