Job Description & Requirements:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support planning, monitoring, and updating of project schedules in line with the main contractor's master programme.
• Monitor site progress and assist in ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Ensure site works follow the latest approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and coordinate project drawings, submissions, RFIs, and documentation.
• Assist in contract administration including EOT, VO, claims, and progress payments.
• Verify subcontractors' work progress and claims.
