Job Description
Job Summary
The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation and new construction projects across the Scotland Health Organization. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, they will assist with project scheduling, budget tracking, contractor coordination, and ongoing communication with stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered on time and with minimal operational disruption. The Assistant Project Manager will also collaborate with the Director of Engineering as needed to support continuous operations, documentation, and the development and adherence to campus standards. This role reports to the Project Manager and is part of the Operations Division.
