About The Job
Assist the Project Manager / Engineer with the execution of contract progress. Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of the schedule. Site co-ordination, monitoring, and reporting work progress. Assist in the preparation, checking, and submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, OMM, etc. Assist the Project Manager on all other project administrative matters. Assist Energy Audits (training will be provided).
About You
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV-related BMS or M&E projects. Possess relevant safety certificates. Hands-on experience for on-site equipment and system troubleshooting. Ability to work under limited supervision. Knowledge in Green Building Certification (Green Mark) and Measurement and Verification System is an advantage.
