Job Summary
The School of Education at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) invites applicants for a tenure-track position beginning in August 2026 with requirements to be physically present on the Hattiesburg campus. We aim to recruit applicants who will emphasize training students to become reflective practitioners who use action research and data-driven inquiry to solve real-world challenges in education. This position emphasizes instructional excellence, mentorship of aspiring school and district leaders, and the application of improvement science and evidence-based strategies in P–12 systems.
