Qualifications:
+ Hold valid New York State School Administrative Certification.
+ Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience; prior building-level administrative experience preferred.
+ Proven track record of strong instructional leadership that cultivates a positive, engaging environment for staff and students to drive sustained academic achievement.
+ Demonstrated success in fostering inclusive, equitable learning environments that support diverse student populations.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of or successful experience at the high school level, with deep expertise in NYSED graduation requirements.
