**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregates.
+ Partner with the Plant Manager to execute production plans, optimize equipment performance, and meet quality standards.
+ Champion a strong safety culture by leading compliance initiatives, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement.
+ Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime and reliability of crushing, screening, and mobile equipment.
+ Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and collaborative teamwork.
