Responsibilities

• Daily collection of cash and equivalent items, handling daily collections and dropping them into the safe box upon close till.
• Record collections in the cash submission book and ensure float is dropped daily, with float and collection tallied against the close till.
• Allocate payments received from patients in the HITS system.
• Finalize outpatient bills daily and check and finalize outpatient bills.
• Submit dialysis bills to Companies and Government Agencies.
• Comply with cash management policies, ensuring patient and family rights are addressed at all times.
• Carry out duties as stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulation 1994, including taking reasonable care for safety, cooperating in duty discharge, wearing or using protective measures, and complying with any instructions.
