Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support and coordinate daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company standards. The role requires a solid understanding of restaurant operations, including both kitchen and service teams, as well as the ability to monitor performance, support outlets, and follow up on operational issues effectively.
Candidates should possess strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with departments such as Finance, HR, QAH, Purchasing, and Marketing. Basic knowledge of food cost, labour cost, inventory control, and operational reporting is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Experience in multi-outlet F&B operations and the ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.
