The Assistant Operations Manager supports the daily operations of the gaming centre, ensuring exceptional customer service, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient team performance. • Champion and model Delta Bingo & Gaming’s Core Values in all areas of operation.
• Act as a key liaison with the OLG and AGCO, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries or requests.
• Monitor all areas of the facility, including gaming operations, equipment functionality, parking lot conditions, and overall cleanliness.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly and follow up with the Bingo Support Line as needed.
