Overview

To support incoming shipping operations, maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and supplies, and ensure warehouse activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• To assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• To support cycle counts, month-end, and year-end stock take activities.
• To assist in preparing warehouse documentation (GRN/ DO/ Purchase Requisition/ Shipping Documents).
• To assist documentation and record preparation for LMW compliance including M1/ M2/ M4/ Scrap.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure 5S practices are followed in the warehouse.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
