**UW Medical CenterβMontlake** has an outstanding opportunity for an **Assistant Nurse Manager/RN3** to join us in our **ICU Resource Department.**
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
+ 90% FTE
+ Evenings and Night Shift
+ 36 hours/week
**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ Assists with RN3 operational and leadership duties as applicable
+ Collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager, RN3 peers, and ICU Resource Team staff
**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**
The Resource Team assistant nurse manager assists the nurse manager to develop, maintain, and evaluate the ongoing operations of the Resource Team. This position is primarily dedicated to supporting and supervising the Critical Care Float Pool with secondary responsibility and supervision of the STAT RN Program and Vascular Access Team.
