**Job Title: Assistant Masker**
**Job Description**
The Assistant Masker packages and wraps finished aerospace products while supporting masking operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain entry into the aerospace industry, with the potential for long-term growth in areas such as anodizing, plating, or masking. You will work as part of a collaborative team, assist in various shop duties, and be cross-trained to support multiple production functions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Package and wrap finished aerospace products according to written instructions and quality standards.
+ Assist with masking parts to prepare them for metal finishing, coating, or other processing steps.
+ Follow detailed written instructions, work orders, and process documentation to complete tasks accurately.
+ Support both packaging and masking areas and participate in cross-training to perform duties in multiple departments.
