Job Description
The Executive will be managing transformational improvement projects that are aligned to the hospitalโs strategies through operations analytics and streamlining of work processes and will also be working with stakeholders in achieving agreed upon goals and objectives through excellent project management and the use of suitable methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA. The Executive is also expected to facilitate at quality improvement related workshops. The Executive may also be required to assist the Manager in maintaining the systems and governance of all quality improvement (QI) projects in the hospital. Lastly, the Executive may be required to oversee secretariat duties to the hospitalโs Quality Network (QN) as part of portfolio rotation.
