Job Description

You will be working in the People Strategy team to review, analyse, and enhance core talent management practices within Sea and its subsidiaries. Sea is the largest tech company in South East Asia with exciting opportunities. You will be working closely with senior management in a fast-paced, globalized, and intellectually stimulating environment.


Job Description
  • Work with senior management in reviewing and enhancing People practices, engagement, acquisition, development, retention, and beyond. 
  • Lead the development and implementation of key People related initiatives across Sea and its subsidiaries.
  • Review people analytics and derive insights to support core People related decisions.
  • Identify and analyse industry trends, best practices, and case studies for People related functions.

  • Bachelor’s or above educational attainment
  • Interest or knowledge in People related topics, e.g., psychology, behavioural science, organ...
