Responsibilities

• Provide support on full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits duties covering performance management, budget planning, benefit and insurance administration, payroll administration, leave management, HRIS & Payroll systems, flexi‑ben administration, etc. to ensure meeting of corporate strategic goals and objectives.
• Perform salary & benefits benchmarking and analysis, including but not limited to market survey participation, annual salary review proposal & budgeting while staying updated with industry salary trends.
• Review and update policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits that align with corporate guidelines to ensure efficient practices and legal compliance.
• Support yearly performance management review for annual salary review exercise, variable bonus plan, promotion recommendation and market adjustment.
