Assistant Manager / Team Lead KYC Fraud & Dispute Process Location: Infopark, Kochi Salary: 6 LPA 8 LPA Minimum 5+ years of total experience in KYC - Fraud & Dispute Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling is mandatory. Shift:NIGHT- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Working Days: 5 days working Responsibilities Manage and lead a team handling KYC, fraud, and dispute-related processes. Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of process-related issues. Ensure compliance with process guidelines, client requirements, and internal policies. Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions. Track process metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
