Job Responsibilities Supervises and guides junior testers in meeting objectives. Attends to enquiries and provides advice and support to branch offices, colleagues from other departments, system users, and vendors. Attends product, system, and regulatory meetings with assessment and initiates proposed enhancements. Plans, coordinates, and performs user acceptance testing of new products and system enhancements, including requirement and defect management for on-time implementation; attends and initiates MIS extraction to support reporting, performance monitoring, and statistical analysis.
