Job Description
What the role is
- Play an active role in managing SLA's portfolio of residential State properties.
- Involved across key areas including property performance reporting, tenant and lease management, facility coordination, and site inspections.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to the broader real estate portfolio.
- Ideal for candidates with a background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, or a similar field.
- Analyse property performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, and facility management matters.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate property maintenance.
- Prepare presentation materials for management meetings.
